Project Manager

We're looking for Project Managers!

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of enterprise applications
• Manage Agile project execution, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, project teams, and business partners
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather, analyze, and refine project requirements
• Ensure timely delivery of applications within defined scope, quality, and project timelines
• Coordinate project activities and facilitate communication across cross-functional teams
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical and process-related challenges during project execution
• Contribute to solution architecture discussions and support technical decision-making processes
• Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies to ensure smooth delivery
• Mentor and guide junior team members while promoting Agile best practices and team collaboration
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency and team productivity
