*Job Summary*

We are seeking a hands-on *HR Executive with 3–5 years of UAE experience* to manage end-to-end HR operations for our manufacturing unit of ∼100 employees. You’ll handle recruitment, HR ops, employee relations, payroll coordination, and ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations.

*Key Responsibilities*

  • *Recruitment & Workforce Planning*: End-to-end hiring for blue-collar, technicians, and office staff. Source via portals, referrals, and local networks. Ensure timely hiring to meet production needs.
  • *Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle*: Prepare contracts, manage joining/exit formalities, track probation/confirmations, conduct exit interviews.
  • *HR Operations*: Maintain employee records, manage attendance, shift schedules, leave, and overtime using Odoo ERP or similar HRMS. Issue HR letters, NOCs, warnings.
  • *Payroll Coordination*: Support monthly payroll for ∼100 employees. Validate timesheets, OT, deductions, and coordinate with Finance for timely salary processing.
  • *Employee Relations*: Address grievances and disciplinary matters for factory staff. Drive engagement and maintain positive IR climate on the shop floor.
  • *UAE Compliance*: Ensure adherence to UAE Labour Law & MOHRE rules. Handle visa processing, labour cards, Emirates ID renewals, and audits.
  • *Performance & Training*: Assist in appraisals and maintain training records for safety, compliance, and technical skills. Coordinate onboarding safety training.
  • *HR Reporting*: Prepare monthly reports on attendance, OT, recruitment, and turnover metrics.

*Qualifications & Requirements*

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • *3–5 years of HR experience in UAE*, preferably in manufacturing/construction
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and blue-collar workforce handling
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS/ERP systems – Odoo preferred
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office
  • *Languages:* Fluent English mandatory; Hindi/Urdu preferred for workforce communication
  • Currently based in UAE with valid visa and ready to join immediately preferred
  • Key Skills:* Organized, multitasker, strong interpersonal skills, able to work in fast-paced factory environment with blue-collar staff.
