The Role

• Lead technical strategy and solution development within a PBM Rebate Data Warehouse team.
• Design, develop, and optimize scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows using GCP technologies, Apache Beam, Airflow, Python, and SQL.
• Mentor junior and mid-level data engineers through code reviews and technical guidance.
• Contribute strategically to roadmap planning and ensure excellence in solution design.
• Own technology solutions, including monitoring, alerting, and communicating the technological roadmap.
• Ensure existing systems meet resiliency, stability, and operational readiness standards.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience. High School Diploma/GED required.
• 8 years of extensive technical experience in application development or package software implementations.
• Experience in the PBM, healthcare, or financial industry.
• Proficiency in Apache Beam, Apache Airflow, Google Cloud Platform (GCS, BigQuery, Looker Studio, Cloud Composer, Gsutil, Dataplex), Python, SQL, and GitHub.
• Ability to manage and mentor others, strong problem-solving skills, and adaptability.
• Excellent written, technical, and verbal communication skills.
