- Team's KPI monitoring (quality and on time delivery) and being up to date with all processes related to assigned area
- Contributing to the implementation of new standards and processes
- Good knowledge of product portfolio in scope of at least one market/project
- Daily work in a virtual and multicultural environment through cooperation with stakeholders and colleagues to deliver against the set objectives
- Understanding of the End-to-End Reference data process, ability to identify real root of the queries.
- Good knowledge about specific FMCG categories, fully independent in resolving queries
- Identify gaps and areas for improvement in the process
- Plan and execute a complex daily personal workload and support to meet departmental and company schedules
- Providing assistance to Data Processing Specialists as a first point of contact
- Providing training for the new joiners and other team members if needed
- Meet quality and delivery targets (KPI)
- Being responsible in keeping the operational documentation updated.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years’ experience in DOA (related to the Reference data)
- Well-developed analytical skills and very good attention to details
- Very Good communication skills including English language (verbal and written)
- Client communication skills
- Proactive attitude in recommending suitable solutions
- Able to drive initiatives forward and deliver business results in a client focused manner
- Ability to work effectively in a team to achieve goals together
- Problem solving skills
- Time management skills
- Good understanding of end-of-the-end production process/stream knowledge
- Very good understanding of the local market
- Computer literate (Word, excel, PowerPoint).
