Founding Product Manager

  Remote (GMT ±4 hours preferred)  Contract: Independent Consultant / Self-Employed Contractor  Engagement: Initial 6-month consulting agreement with the opportunity to extend.  

About the Role

 We're looking for an experienced Founding Product Manager to join us as an independent consultant and take ownership of our product vision, strategy and delivery. Working directly with the founders, you'll transform ambitious ideas into a clear product roadmap and oversee the successful delivery of our platform. You'll be responsible for ensuring we're building the right products, at the right time, while balancing customer needs, commercial priorities and technical feasibility. This is not a traditional corporate Product Manager role. We're looking for someone who enjoys building from the ground up, thrives in ambiguity, and wants to play a key role in shaping an ambitious fintech business without the constraints of a large organisation. As a self-employed consultant, you'll operate with a high degree of autonomy while becoming an integral part of our leadership team.   What We're Looking For     Experience working in one of the following areas:   Banking or digital banking Payments  Card issuing or acquiring  Crypto infrastructure or wallets  Stablecoins  Embedded finance   Comfortable operating autonomously and taking ownership without extensive management.  Meticulous attention to detail  Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias towards action and delivering outcomes.    What We Offer    Fully remote engagement.   Flexible working hours.   High levels of autonomy and ownership.   Direct access to founders and strategic decision-making.   Opportunity to shape the product from day one.   Long-term consulting relationship with the potential to increase scope as the business grows.   Generous remuneration payable monthly  Equity or share options for the right individual. This is a consulting engagement rather than an employed position.
