We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer to join the team and help build and maintain the modern data platform. You will be expected to contribute to all stages of the data lifecycle, including data ingestion, modeling, profiling, quality, transformation, movement, and DevOps.
Responsibilities:
- Optimize data pipelines across Snowflake, Kafka, and related systems
- Manage data environments including warehouses, databases, and resource optimization
- Build automation for deployment, monitoring, and recovery of data workflows
- Develop scripts to streamline operations
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines for data infrastructure
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience with Snowflake, Kafka, SQL, Python (or other scripting language), and cloud platforms
- Strong understanding of data modeling and data lifecycle management
- Background in DevOps or SRE practices as it applies to data systems
