Job Description

• Have an enforcement presence that discourages illegitimate behavior on/off the field. This may mean issuing warnings to the riders breaking guidelines.
• Evaluate local traffic and road safety concerns, observe problem areas, behaviors and provide inputs.
• Check and make sure riders are using all talabat branded gears (uniform, bag, box, mask, gloves etc). At the same time flag non-talabat riders using talabat rider gears to maintain brand consistency on the road.
• Find out riders not maintaining hygiene standards of their uniform, food bag/box and keeping their bikes timely serviced.
• On the spot verification of rider and bike documents (Driving License, Emirates ID, Mulkiya etc) as per local laws.
• Monitor and control the rider’s behavior towards restaurant/customer and vice versa.
• Visit high restaurant density areas during demand peak times to ensure riders are maintaining safe distance.
• Assist riders community (irrespective of the company) in emergency situations (accidents, breakdowns etc)
• Perform the vital public services of protecting life and property. Assist people in need (community support)
• Maintain your presence on the ground as Talabat’s face.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a delivery rider. and 2-3 years of experience as a fleet/security coordinator.
• Presentable with good physical fitness.
• Disciplined, organised person with strong ethics.
• Ability to maintain a professional standards even during stressful situations.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal. English and Hindi/Urdu is a must, Arabic is a plus.
• Proficient in recording, reporting and analysing data.
• Persuasive skills in order to be able to coach non-compliant riders effectively.
• Valid Driving License.
