About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven, hands-on Google Cloud Data Architect who thrives in a

fast-paced environment and is passionate about winning new business. This is not a traditional

architect role focused solely on delivery—we need someone who can actively support pre-

sales, deal shaping, solutioning, client discussions, and proposal development while

maintaining high technical standards.

We are seeking an individual with a strong ownership mindset, flexibility in working across

time zones, and the ability to step up when opportunities arise. If you are someone who enjoys

solving complex data challenges, influencing deals, and taking accountability for outcomes, we

want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

 Architect end-to-end data and analytics solutions on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

 Partner with sales, delivery, and client stakeholders to support strategic pursuits and

deal closures.

 Lead technical solutioning, estimation, and proposal creation for new opportunities.

 Design modern data platforms leveraging Google Cloud services.

 Drive client workshops, discovery sessions, and architecture discussions.

 Create scalable, secure, and cost-optimized data architectures.

 Provide technical leadership from opportunity qualification through delivery transition.

 Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies during pre-sales engagements.

 Act as a trusted advisor to clients on data modernization, AI, analytics, and cloud

transformation.

Required Skills & Experience

 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, or Cloud Data Solutions.

 Strong expertise in Google Cloud technologies, including:

o BigQuery

o Dataflow

o Dataproc

Classification: Internal

o Cloud Composer

o Pub/Sub

o Cloud Storage

o Looker

o Vertex AI (preferred)

 Strong understanding of:

o Modern Data Warehousing

o Lakehouse Architectures

o Data Migration & Modernization

o Real-time and Batch Data Processing

o Data Governance and Security

 Proven track record supporting large deals, RFP responses, and technical solutioning.

 Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

 Ability to operate independently and drive initiatives with minimal supervision.

 Google Professional Data Engineer Certification.

 Google Professional Cloud Architect Certification.

 Experience with AI/ML, GenAI, or Analytics solutions on GCP.

 Experience in consulting, managed services, or large-scale enterprise transformations.
