Collaboration with backend teams and the Microsoft-Fabric team will be essential in designing and maintaining robust, scalable semantic data models such as star schemas and KPI layers. Ensuring data quality, governance, and security will also be key aspects of your responsibilities, including validation of metrics, establishing rollout and versioning strategies, and implementing security features like RLS, OLS, and sensitivity labels. Additionally, you will analyze marketing, sales, and market data to identify growth opportunities, develop BI strategies, and present insights clearly to diverse audiences, including management. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence the digital transformation of healthcare through innovative BI solutions.

  • Proficiency in DAX, Power Query M, and semantic data modeling techniques (e.g., star schema, dimensions, facts).
  • Strong experience in stakeholder management, consulting, and requirements engineering.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable and reliable BI solutions.
  • Structured, precise, and responsible working style with proactive risk management.
  • High learning agility and technical affinity, especially within the Microsoft-Fabric ecosystem.
  • Fluent in German and English, with at least C1 proficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Engage deeply with business units to gather and structure requirements, refine use cases, and define KPIs.
  • Moderate workshops and advise stakeholders on prioritization and implementation strategies.
  • Design and maintain semantic data models, including star schemas and KPI layers, in collaboration with backend and Microsoft-Fabric teams.
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and security by validating metrics, establishing rollout and versioning processes, and implementing security features such as RLS, OLS, and sensitivity labels.
  • Analyze marketing, sales, and market data to uncover insights, identify growth opportunities, and develop BI strategies.
  • Prepare clear, compelling presentations of insights tailored to different audiences, including executive management.
  • Continuously improve BI solutions by monitoring performance, usability, and relevance, incorporating feedback and new technological advancements.

Benefits

  • Flexible work arrangements including remote work up to two days per week.
