【Hiring: Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) | Tokyo, Japan】

We're partnering with a leading technology-driven organization in Tokyo that is looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to help improve platform reliability, observability, and automation across large-scale production environments.

What you'll be working on:

• Design and maintain highly available infrastructure and production systems
• Improve monitoring, observability, and incident response
• Build automation and Infrastructure as Code solutions
• Enhance CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Troubleshoot Linux systems, networking, and performance issues
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve platform reliability and operational excellence

We're looking for someone with:

✅ 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering

✅ Strong Linux and networking knowledge

✅ Experience with infrastructure automation and CI/CD

✅ Scripting experience (Bash, Python, Go, or similar)

✅ Business-level English + Conversational Japanese
