As a Learning Manager here at Honeywell your role is paramount in shaping the knowledge and skill development landscape of the organization. You will be trusted with designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive learning programs tailored to meet the organization's strategic objectives. Your responsibilities will include curriculum development, training facilitation, learning technology management, and performance evaluation.

You will report directly to our Sr Director of Engineering Strategy & Integration under Engineering Operations, and you’ll work on a Hybrid work schedule (at least three days per week in-office) from one of the following locations: Phoenix, AZ; Clearwater, FL; Minneapolis, MN; Torrance, CA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement learning strategies and programs that align with business objectives.
- Conduct learning needs analysis and performance analysis with stakeholders.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and drive improvements.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop content for learning initiatives.
- Optimize participant learning experience curating and organizing content and learning experiences for targeted audience and performance-based learning objectives.
- Design end to end learning solutions using ADDIE, SAM, or Agile learning models.
- Oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives, timely delivery, and measurable outcomes.
- Develop instructor led, virtual, and digital learning assets (eLearning, job aids, simulations, assessments).
- Translate complex technical or business content into clear, engaging learning experiences.
- Apply adult learning theory, learning science, and accessibility standards.
- Pilot, evaluate, and continuously improve learning solutions using data and feedback.
US PERSON REQUIREMENT
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization.
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in learning and development.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies.
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication skills, and executive presence.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to analyze training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Ability to drive strategic planning and course level learning assessment to inform learning plan proposal-recommendation.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is $110,000- 137,000. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is $126,000- $157,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
