DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to build, maintain, and optimize our cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and development environments. You will work closely with Software Engineers, QA Engineers, and Product teams to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable application delivery through modern DevOps practices.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with containerization, CI/CD automation, cloud platforms, and Linux server administration, with a strong focus on automation, system reliability, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline software development and deployment processes.
• Build, deploy, and manage containerized applications using Docker.
• Manage, optimize, and maintain cloud infrastructure on Alibaba Cloud (AliCloud), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or other cloud platforms.
• Configure, administer, monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot Linux-based servers and environments to ensure security, performance, and reliability.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and operational workflows.
• Monitor system performance, application availability, and infrastructure health to ensure optimal reliability.
• Investigate production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive solutions.
• Implement security best practices across infrastructure, cloud environments, and deployment pipelines.
• Collaborate with Software Engineers and QA teams to improve deployment efficiency, system stability, and development workflows.
• Maintain technical documentation for infrastructure architecture, deployment processes, and operational procedures.
• Support backup, disaster recovery, business continuity, and high availability initiatives, as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineer, System Engineer, or in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized application deployment.
• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar platforms.
• Hands-on experience managing cloud infrastructure on Alibaba Cloud (AliCloud) is preferred. Candidates with strong experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms and the willingness to work with AliCloud are welcome to apply.
• Strong knowledge of Linux administration and shell scripting.
• Good understanding of cloud networking, security groups, load balancers, storage services, and virtual networking.
• Experience with infrastructure monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform is an advantage.
• Experience with Kubernetes or other container orchestration platforms is a plus.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile development environment.
