Infrastructure Engineer

About the role:

Join a scaling start-up building the world's first autonomous chip design platform who have already partnered with a leading frontier model lab.

• Build, maintain, and scale infrastructure supporting digital design, FPGA, and EDA tooling pipelines using Python, Docker, and VMs.
• Bridge the gap between low-level hardware design and modern AI infrastructure in a high-velocity, startup environment.
• Support post-training data pipelines, including data selection, filtering, and agent evaluation benchmarks.

Key requirements:

• Strong infra fundamentals including Python, containerization, docker, VMs.
• Experience building and maintaining internal platforms for internal systems.
• Strong skills with AI agents such as cursor or claude code.
• AI/ML familiarity as well as knowledge of RL.
• Adaptable character with a startup mentality keen to wear multiple hats where necessary.
