Tashkent IT Parrk Data Centre

The Tashkent IT Park Data Centre is a state-of-the-art 12 MW IT Load Capacity, Tier III Uptime Standard, Gold-rated sustainable Data Centre. The facility comprises a Basement + Ground + Seven-storey (B+G+7) reinforced concrete structure with a total built-up area of approximately 18,600 square metres.

In addition to the Data Centre facility, the project scope includes the execution of a 10 km power cable laying package from the local substation to provide a reliable power supply to the Data Centre, being executed in coordination with the Renewable IC.

This prestigious development represents the first international Data Centre project undertaken by L&T Building & Factories Independent Company (B&F IC). The project is being developed by DataVolt, which is actively expanding its presence in Uzbekistan by delivering cutting-edge, sustainable digital infrastructure powered by green technologies and innovative AI solutions, contributing significantly to the country's digital transformation.
