Most software engineering jobs are narrow.
This one isn't.
We're looking for an engineer who wants to build across software, systems, infrastructure, robotics, and whatever else is required to get a solution into production.
You'll work directly with technical leadership to solve difficult engineering problems inside a rapidly growing robotics company. Some problems will involve software systems. Some will involve infrastructure. Some will involve robots. Many will involve all three.
We're not looking for someone whose expertise is limited to a single framework, technology, or domain.
We're looking for a builder.

What You'll Work On
Depending on the problem, you might:
- Build internal software platforms
- Improve robotics infrastructure
- Develop Python services and tools
- Debug Linux systems
- Investigate networking and communications issues
- Improve deployment workflows
- Work with AI coding tools
- Improve reliability of deployed robotic systems
- Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks
Success in this role comes far more from problem-solving ability than knowledge of any single technology.

Most successful candidates will have experience with several of:
- Python
- Linux

- Kubernetes
- CI/CD
- Robotics Software
- Embedded Systems
- Cloud Infrastructure
- AI Coding Agents
You do not need experience with everything.
You do need the ability to learn anything.
We'd Be Particularly Interested In
- 3+ years building production software systems in Python
- Experience working with robotics, automation, autonomous systems, or embedded platforms
- Hands-on experience with physical hardware, sensors, cameras, or robotic systems
- Deep Linux knowledge
- Experience building or owning CI/CD pipelines
- Active personal projects, GitHub contributions, or technical side projects
- Experience directing AI coding agents to solve engineering problems

- How you approach unfamiliar problems
