Who You Are
- You have at least 3 years of professional frontend development experience.

This role is for one of our US clients, and you would be joining their team directly while being supported by Puente through the hiring process. Our client is an edtech company with a strong presence across Latin America and a robust engineering culture. Their product teams work cross-functionally using agile methodologies to build scalable digital solutions for education. You join a 13-person engineering team leading a year-long platform migration, working in sprints alongside product and development. The team uses modern tooling including React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind, and they value collaboration, code quality, and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities
You join a 13-person engineering team leading a year-long platform migration. You build and migrate the frontend toward the company's tech stack, working in sprints alongside product and development. This is an execution role: you take concrete problems, solve them, and ensure quality in every delivery. This role fits someone who writes clean code, owns problems end-to-end, and thrives in collaborative agile environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and migrate frontend code for digital products into the company's stack.
- Build solutions the team needs, sprint by sprint, meeting delivery commitments.
- Work in a multidisciplinary team alongside product managers and engineers.
- Contribute to frontend technology decisions and architecture discussions.
- Identify and resolve complex problems while maintaining code quality and test coverage.
- Participate in code reviews and help raise engineering standards across the team.
