Job Title: Linux Production Engineering Specialist

Location: Lille, France (Hybrid mode- 4 Days work from Office)

Job Overview:

This role focuses on providing expertise in Linux production engineering. The specialist will contribute to the evolution and optimization of operational processes, incident management, and automation within the IT infrastructure, supporting the quality and continuity of production services in an Agile and English-speaking environment.

Responsibilities:

· Contribute to the evolution of operational processes.

· Manage Level 2 and 3 incidents.

· Implement production standards.

· Develop and implement automation procedures for production.

· Optimize automation processes.

· Support application installations.

· Manage production planning and service quality.

· Resolve operational incidents.

· Manage disk space and magnetic media.

· Oversee backup operations to ensure data integrity and continuity.

· Use scheduling tools (e.g., IWS).

· Use backup software (e.g., Tina, Networker).

Mandatory Skills:

· Expertise in Linux systems administration (Red Hat).

· Experience with automation of production processes.

· Incident management (Level 2 and 3).

· Familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g., IWS).

· Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodologies.

Appreciated Skills:

· Experience with JIRA.

· Knowledge of backup software (e.g., Networker).

· Support for application deployment.

· Disk and backup management.

· Strong documentation and process optimization skills.
