Tranham Partners is pleased to support a Tier One private equity platform based in Miami in the search for an Executive Assistant / Office Manager to directly support a Co-Founder and Managing Partner.


Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience supporting a senior executive in a high-level executive assistant or comparable role
  • Strong organizational capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
  • Proven ability to work confidently with senior stakeholders while operating independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information
  • A proactive, steady approach with the ability to anticipate needs, take ownership, and execute with minimal oversight


Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level executive support to the Co-Founder or equivalent senior leader, operating with professionalism and discretion
  • Manage complex, competing priorities with exceptional organization and attention to detail
  • Engage confidently with senior stakeholders while working autonomously and exercising sound judgment
  • Communicate clearly and effectively, handling sensitive and confidential information with care
  • Take a proactive, ownership-driven approach, anticipating needs, staying grounded, and executing without close direction
