An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded Product & Growth Manager to join a growing specialist services organisation.

This is not a traditional marketing role. We're looking for someone who understands products, customers and commercial growth, and can use marketing as a tool to generate opportunities and drive revenue.

Working closely with senior leadership, you will take ownership of a portfolio of technical B2B products and services, helping shape how they are positioned, promoted and taken to market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine product propositions and customer messaging.
• Translate technical services into clear, compelling customer benefits.
• Build and deliver practical go-to-market plans.
• Create and manage lead generation campaigns.
• Write product pages, case studies, email campaigns and sales collateral.
• Manage marketing activity across web, email, content and CRM platforms.
• Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with technical specialists to understand products and markets.
• Support sales teams by generating qualified opportunities and improving product positioning.
• Use customer and market insight to shape future campaigns and propositions.

• Confidence working directly with senior stakeholders.
• An interest in AI and technology as productivity tools.
