☁️ Azure DevOps Engineer | Microsoft Azure | Remote within Romania

We are currently recruiting a Mid-Level Azure DevOps Engineer for Evotracking, a Vodafone technology company and one of Romania's leading providers of fleet management and GPS monitoring solutions.

While the role is within Evotracking, you'll be joining a company that's part of the Vodafone family—combining the agility of a product-focused technology business with the stability and support of a global telecommunications leader.

📍 Location: Bucharest or Ploiești (preferred)

Evotracking's SaaS platform supports thousands of connected vehicles and assets, processing real-time GPS and telemetry data across a hybrid infrastructure powered by Microsoft Azure and local data centers.

As part of the DevOps team, you'll help build and maintain the platforms that enable reliable software delivery, infrastructure automation, monitoring, and operational excellence.

You'll collaborate closely with Development, Product, and Infrastructure teams, contributing to the evolution of a modern cloud-native and hybrid environment.

We're looking for someone with

🔹 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure Administration, CI/CD, or Infrastructure Automation

🔹 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure in production environments

🔹 Experience working with Azure DevOps pipelines, approvals, service connections, permissions, and deployment workflows

🔹 Strong understanding of Windows and Linux server administration

🔹 Good networking knowledge (DNS, TCP/IP, VPNs, routing, firewalls, load balancing, certificates)

🔹 Experience supporting SaaS or customer-facing platforms

🔹 Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills

Nice to have

➕ Terraform or other Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools

➕ Azure Monitor, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK Stack

➕ PowerShell, Bash, or Python automation

➕ Microsoft Entra ID & Hybrid Identity

➕ VMware administration

➕ SQL Server or relational database experience

➕ Knowledge of security, compliance, and business continuity practices
