Job Description

We are looking for an Impact and Sustainability intern to join our HQ team in Barcelona as soon as possible. If you are an analytically-minded, highly-motivated problem solver with strong interpersonal skills — who loves the idea of working in a fast-paced environment — then Glovo is the place for you! This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about social impact and sustainability to contribute to meaningful projects within a dynamic, international company. 

Your Journey:

• Support the implementation of programs and actions related to the company's Social Impact objectives, ensuring their successful achievement.

• Assist in organizing and participating in key meetings, providing essential office backup and team coordination for critical projects.

• Help scale the Courier Learning and Development program across various countries.

• Support managing relationships with third-party organizations, including foundations, NGOs, and other partner entities.

• Collaborate with various internal stakeholders, both at HQ and local teams, to track and implement projects effectively.

• Support with data analysis and reporting for each country's impact initiatives.

• Support with the implementation of environmental initiatives. 

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Business Administration, Economics, International Development, or a related field.

• Availability for 6 months full-time or part-time internship with a university agreement

• Fluency in English and Spanish is required. Other languages relevant to Glovo's operations are a bonus.

• Strong interest in social impact and sustainability

• Project management, stakeholders management 

• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.

• Proactive attitude and a willingness to take initiative.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working with diverse teams and external partners.

• Good knowledge in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and excel

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
