What's the role?
The Business Analyst is responsible for partnering across all Group businesses and functions to understand business needs, analyse processes and data, and translate requirements into clear specifications for technology and process change.
The role combines hands-on business analysis with leadership of systems support and delivery across the Group’s enterprise, departmental, and local systems landscape. To ensure systems are secure, compliant, well-supported, and aligned to business objectives while driving strategic change and demand management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Systems Team to deliver high-quality services and solutions.
- Manage team priorities, workload, and performance aligned to business and IT objectives.
- Collaborate with IT and vendors to shape fit-for-purpose solutions within ERP/MRP, Business Central, Sage X3 and connected applications.
- Support evaluation of options, effort estimates, risks, and impacts; ensure solutions align to internal controls and segregation of duties.
- Maintain documentation, governance artefacts, and audit readiness
- Provide clear updates, manage expectations, and support prioritisation with Business Process Owners and project teams.
What are we looking for:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with leadership or team management responsibility
- Strong experience with ERP and integrated business systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)
- Experience managing systems support and delivery across multiple environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Knowledge of governance, compliance, and IT controls.
