Experience

• Hands-on experience in Linux Administration, Ansible Automation, Patch Management, and Scripting (Shell/Python).
• Experience supporting production enterprise environments and managing critical infrastructure operations

Linux System Administration

• Administer, maintain, and support enterprise Linux server environments.
• Perform system configuration, user management, file system administration, and package management.
• Monitor system health, availability, and performance across Linux platforms.
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and operational standards.

Automation & Configuration Management

• Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks for infrastructure automation and patching activities.
• Automate routine operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Troubleshoot automation failures and optimize existing automation workflows.
• Work with development and operations teams to implement Infrastructure Automation best practices.

REST API Integration

• Develop and consume REST APIs for infrastructure management and automation use cases.
• Integrate automation solutions with enterprise tools and platforms.
• Troubleshoot API connectivity, authentication, and data exchange issues.

Server Patching & Maintenance

• Plan, coordinate, and execute server patching activities.
• Perform OS upgrades, security patch deployment, and system maintenance.
• Validate post-patching health checks and resolve issues proactively.
• Support vulnerability remediation and compliance requirements.

Scripting & Development

• Develop automation scripts using Shell Scripting and Python.
• Create tools and utilities to streamline infrastructure operations.
• Perform code reviews and maintain scripting standards and documentation.

Troubleshooting & Performance Tuning

• Diagnose and resolve Linux operating system, application, and infrastructure issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
• Monitor and tune server performance, resource utilization, and system stability.
• Support incident, problem, and change management processes.
