- Improve, develop, test, deploy, and support manufacturing applications with a focus on advanced solutions for the semiconductor manufacturing industry.
- Provide solutions that cover data sources and models with appropriate methodology, data extraction and replication technologies, and architecture for data analytics based on business use cases, from user requirements to deployment in production.
- Define and follow up on deployment of new setups or software release delivery into the production environment, as well as post-production support and incident resolution.
- Develop and design local customized data engineering programs/reports to enhance current production information and reporting systems.
- Work closely with data analysts, BI developers, and data scientists to understand data needs. Collaborate with application teams to define and implement data interfaces. Support product owners and business stakeholders by translating requirements into data solutions.
- Support incident resolution by analyzing and debugging issues reported by users, providing resolutions, and conducting root cause analysis (RCA) to prevent future occurrences.
- Be available for support calls 24x7 when necessary to resolve major production incidents.
- Engineer / Master: Computer Sciences.
- Languages: PL/SQL, Python, Windows shell, Unix/Linux scripting, PHP, R, Tibco RVD / BW.
- Data Platforms: Databases: MySQL Server, Oracle, MariaDB.
- ETL/ELT & Orchestration: Talend, DataStage, Azure Data Factory.
- Version Control & CI/CD: Git, pipelines for deploying data jobs.
- General: Understanding of data modeling, data governance basics, and IT operational processes.
- Teamwork Cooperation and Collaborative approach Communication Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
