💼 What You'll Be Doing

🚀 Coordinate and monitor application deployments, infrastructure changes, and technical operations, including server migrations and planned maintenance activities.

📋 Create, maintain, and improve operational procedures, technical documentation, and production runbooks.

🏗️ Document application architecture, technical components, operational processes, and monitoring requirements.

⚙️ Manage application releases and coordinate production deployments with Development, Infrastructure, Database, Network, and Systems teams.

📅 Oversee job scheduling and batch processing, ensuring operational efficiency and reliability.

🔍 Monitor production environments, investigate incidents, and actively contribute to troubleshooting and service restoration.

🤝 Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to continuously improve application stability, automation, and operational excellence.

💡 Identify opportunities to optimize processes through standardization, industrialization, and automation.

🛠️ What We're Looking For

✅ Experience supporting and operating enterprise applications in production environments.

🖥️ Strong knowledge of Windows and Unix/Linux environments.

⚙️ Experience with enterprise schedulers such as BMC Control-M or similar solutions.

💻 Strong scripting skills using Shell (KSH) and PowerShell.

🗄️ Experience working with Oracle databases.

🚀 Familiarity with CI/CD tools, including:

• Jenkins
• Jira
• Confluence

🐍 Knowledge of Python for automation and scripting.

🔧 Experience with Micro Focus CSA (HCM) is considered an advantage.
