  • Support cloud and virtualization technologies while helping scale our growing environment
  • Assist with hardware/software lifecycle management, vendor relationships, and IT budgeting
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and system standards
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to support critical infrastructure

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of systems and/or network administration experience
  • Experience supporting hybrid Windows, macOS, and Linux environments

  • Experience with Azure and hybrid cloud infrastructure
  • Hands-on experience with endpoint management and MDM solutions
  • Experience with configuration management tools such as SCCM, Group Policy, Chef, Puppet, or Ansible
  • Experience with scripting using PowerShell and/or Bash
  • Familiarity with GitHub, CI/CD tools, and infrastructure automation
  • Experience monitoring enterprise environments using tools such as Grafana, Splunk, Datadog, Zabbix, or similar
  • Working knowledge of SQL databases and modern data platforms
  • Experience integrating systems using REST APIs, GraphQL, FHIR, or similar technologies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Relevant technical certifications
  • Experience working in regulated environments with security and compliance requirements such as HIPAA

What Will Help You Succeed

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Curious and passionate about learning new technologies
  • A proactive problem solver who anticipates issues before they become problems
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating across technical teams
  • Organized with excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Customer-focused with a strong service mindset
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
