DevOps Engineer

Our company specializes in creating a data-driven air freight index, providing critical insights to the logistics and transportation industry. We are seeking one highly motivated DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. These roles will focus on developing and maintaining data-driven solutions, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our air freight index.

Job Summary:

As a DevOps Engineer, you will design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and resilient cloud infrastructure supporting our air freight market intelligence, analytics, and digital logistics platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for automating infrastructure, optimizing deployment pipelines, and ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of mission-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support efficient software delivery.
• Develop and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Monitor infrastructure and application performance, ensuring high availability and operational reliability.
• Implement logging, monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure and production issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to enhance deployment processes, system scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, governance policies, and DevSecOps best practices.
• Maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, and operational standards.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) role.
• Proven experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD tools, Git, Linux administration, and scripting (Bash or Python).
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or CloudWatch.
• Solid understanding of networking, system security, and cloud infrastructure best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Background in general logistics is a PLUS
• Having a Degree from abroad is a strong preference
• Thai Nationality
