DevOps Engineer
Location: Northeast Ohio (Hybrid)

We're partnering with a well-established Northeast Ohio organization that is investing heavily in its technology platform and looking for a DevOps Engineer to help drive automation, configuration management, and continuous improvement across the software development lifecycle.

What You'll Do as a DevOps Engineer
- Design, build, and maintain DevOps automation solutions.
- Develop and enhance CI/CD pipelines.
- Improve configuration management processes and deployment strategies.
- Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements.
- Manage source code repositories and deployment automation.
- Collaborate with software developers and infrastructure teams to streamline releases.
- Help improve system reliability, security, and performance.
- Create technical documentation and provide guidance on DevOps best practices.
- Lead automation initiatives that improve software quality and operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For in our DevOps Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related experience.
- 5+ years of DevOps, automation, or configuration management experience.
- Experience with tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef, SaltStack, or similar technologies.
- Strong experience with Git, Azure DevOps, or comparable source control platforms.
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines using Azure Pipelines, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
- Scripting experience with Python, PowerShell, Bash, or JavaScript.
- Experience supporting Windows and Linux environments.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and hybrid infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of DevOps best practices, automation, security, and the software development lifecycle.
