Job Description

• Create and post job advertisements on various platforms to attract potential candidates.
• Arrange and facilitate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers to ensure a seamless process.
• Communicate with candidates and stakeholders about interview details and post-interview feedback.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities in G-sheets.
• Assistance with onboarding new hires processes as needed.
• Any other matters assigned (ad-hoc).

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong time-management abilities with an eye for detail, especially when juggling calendars and candidate records.
• Prior internship or project experience in HR is a plus.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace.
