Indexed description

Over the past five months I built a management system for my own manufacturing company (printing inks) — working end to end with AI coding agents. Procurement planning, costing, pricing, warehouse, foreign trade, built-in AI assistants. 40+ modules, 170 database tables, ~265,000 lines of code (React + TypeScript + Node + PostgreSQL), three interface languages. It runs a real factory every day and already saves the company hundreds of thousands of dollars a year.

The hypothesis: hundreds of mid-size manufacturers — inks, coatings, chemicals — need this, deployed in a month instead of a year, at a fraction of the price of classic ERP. I'm starting a company around it and hiring the first 2–3 people to test that hypothesis.

What you'll do:

• Own and evolve a live production system: fixes, features, releases. All development runs through an AI agent (Claude Code) — your job is to direct it, verify its output and be responsible for the result. Less than 10% of the code is written by hand.

• Join implementations at first client sites: deploy instances, migrate data from Excel and legacy systems with AI parsers, train people.

• Grow with the company — the first hires get the biggest roles.

What you need:

• Read TypeScript and SQL, review diffs, tell a correct solution from a plausible one.

• Finish things: a task is done when it's verified and deployed — not when "the code is written".

• Working English (this post is the first filter) and fluent Russian (the system and its documentation are in Russian).

• Hands-on experience with AI agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) — or something real you've already built with them.

What you don't need: years of tenure for its own sake. And honestly — if you believe "AI writes garbage, real engineers write by hand", we would frustrate each other.

Terms: $2,500–5,000 depending on level; all AI tools paid by the company; a documented system — guides in three languages, tests, CI — not a legacy swamp.

How to apply: send your CV to email: [email protected] with the subject line "Founding Engineer — your name".

Two things in the body of that email matter more to me than the CV itself:

• a link to something you've built with an AI agent — repo, product, demo — and one line on what was yours and what the agent did;

• three sentences on why you.

A CV on its own doesn't tell me what I actually need to know. Shortlisted candidates get a paid practical task: 2–3 hours with Claude Code on a real problem.

P.S. The company is being incorporated as you read this. The product, the factory running on it and the savings are already real.
