Backend Developer

What we look for

• 4+ years of professional backend development experience
• Strong experience with Python and Django
• Solid experience with Django REST Framework and API development
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, database design, and query optimization
• Experience managing database migrations, schema changes, and data integrity
• Understanding of software architecture, backend best practices, and scalable system design
• Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing systems
• Experience writing clean, maintainable, and testable code
• Comfortable taking ownership of features from planning to deployment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience with SEO-focused backend development is a strong plus
