We're looking for a Software Engineer or an IT Solution Engineer (R&D & Integration) who enjoys exploring new technologies, building robust integrations, and driving digital innovation from the ground up.

About the Role

You'll be a core member of our technology team — responsible for researching, prototyping, and integrating modern solutions into our expanding digital ecosystem. You won't just maintain old systems; you'll have the freedom to experiment with advanced tech stacks (including AI/LLMs and automated workflows) to bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution.

General Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Backend Development, System Integration, or DevSecOps/Automation engineering
• Deep understanding of backend architecture using PHP/Laravel or other languages (Python, Go, or .NET) and database management (MSSQL/PostgreSQL)
• Strong hands-on experience with REST APIs, Git, Linux environments, and containerization using Docker
• Familiarity or strong interest in advanced tech stacks such as automation tools (n8n), cloud infrastructure (AWS/Kubernetes), data streaming (Kafka/Redis), and AI frameworks (OpenAI API, Ollama, LangGraph, MCP)
• Able to communicate effectively in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.

What You'll Do

• Identify, research, and evaluate new technology trends and tools relevant to the company’s digital growth
• Design and build Proof of Concept (PoC) prototypes to test new systems and technologies before deployment
• Develop, scale, and maintain robust REST APIs and smooth system integrations across internal and external platforms
• Handle seamless application deployment using Docker/Linux and ensure efficient monitoring and troubleshooting of apps, servers, and databases
• Architect and script automated workflows to optimize business processes and operational efficiency
• Create comprehensive technical documentation for all experiments, system architectures, and implementations
• Collaborate closely with business and operational teams to translate commercial requirements into scalable technical solutions.
