Pre Requirements -

Should have worked as a Lead ( mandatory )

Designed systems with 10,000 RPS and sub 100ms latency ( 20-80ms)

Startup focussed and passionate hands-on coder

Self learner , real-time executer and ownership of features

Non negotiable Logic and self debuuging skills

Roles and Responsibilities -

Own the complete SDLC—from requirement gathering, architecture & solution design, hands-on development, testing, deployment, production support, and continuous optimization.

Design distributed microservices, and APIs capable of handling high transaction throughput with high availability and resilience.

Drive engineering excellence through automated testing, performance benchmarking, security best practices, CI/CD automation, and production incident management.

Technologies -

MicroServices and Distributed Systems across Distributed Database

Backend - Node.js , Springboot

Queing -Kafka

Databases - Both SQL and NO SQL- Postgres and MongoDB , Redis, database replication & sharding, indexing, caching, query optimization, distributed transactions, concurrency control, and high-throughput data processing.

Cloud & DevOps: AWS (EC2, ECS/EKS, S3, SNS/SQS, IAM, CloudWatch), Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD.

Testing & Performance: JUnit, Mockito, Jest, Postman, k6, JMeter/Gatling, API, integration, load, stress, endurance, and performance testing
