AI & Automation Engineer – Gambling Sector

A leading company in the gambling sector is looking for an AI & Automation Engineer to join its Corporate IT team. This is a greenfield opportunity where you'll help define the organisation's AI and automation landscape, designing scalable solutions from scratch across Finance, HR, Marketing, Retail and IT. You'll combine automation engineering with AI integration, taking ownership of solutions from stakeholder discussions through to production deployment.

Responsibilities

• Identify, scope and deliver AI and automation opportunities across the business
• Design and develop production-grade automation workflows using Power Automate, n8n and related tools
• Build and maintain REST API integrations with internal and third-party systems
• Integrate LLMs (Azure OpenAI/OpenAI) into workflows for document processing, classification and intelligent routing
• Develop automation scripts in Python or C#
• Implement monitoring, logging and resilient error handling
• Track automation KPIs and business impact
• Document solutions and build reusable automation components
• Stay up to date with emerging AI and automation technologies

Requirements

• 2–5 years' experience in AI, Automation Engineering or a similar role
• Strong Power Automate (Cloud) experience, including SharePoint/M365 integrations
• Solid REST API knowledge (OAuth2, webhooks, JSON)
• Python or C# scripting experience
• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs (Azure OpenAI/OpenAI), including prompt engineering
• Ability to translate business problems into scalable automation solutions
• Experience delivering end-to-end automation projects with a high level of ownership
• Fluent in French and English (MANDATORY)
