This is a full-time on-site Assistant role located in Cairo. The Assistant will support daily operations by managing tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth communication across teams. Responsibilities include documentation, organizing meetings, handling client inquiries, and contributing to overall operational efficiency. The role requires excellent multitasking abilities and a proactive attitude to address any arising challenges effectively.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficiency in using office tools and technology, including word processors and spreadsheets
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required
• Reliable problem-solving and multitasking capabilities
• Previous experience in administrative support or a related role is a plus
• Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
