SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER
JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Graphic Designer delivers high-quality visual design with a primary focus on print, alongside supporting digital, social, content, and integrated marketing initiatives. This role brings elevated craft, strong design judgment, and increased autonomy to print production, from concept through final print-ready files. This role serves as a key contributor within the Creative team, executing polished, on-brand print and marketing collateral (including multi-page guides, magazine inserts, and marketing materials), supporting concept development, and maintaining strong production discipline across assigned work.
Working closely with Art Directors, Senior Art Directors, and Creative Directors, the Senior Graphic Designer helps ensure creative deliverables are visually compelling, strategically aligned, production-ready for print, and executed with a high degree of quality and accuracy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and produce high-quality print layouts, including multi-page guides, magazine inserts, and marketing materials, alongside supporting digital, social, and integrated marketing initiatives
- Support concept development and translate creative direction into compelling visual executions for print and other formats
- Prepare and finalize print design files for the printer, ensuring accuracy of bleed, trim, color profiles, resolution, and other production specifications
- Proof designs for accuracy and readiness prior to team review and final quality assurance on all art-related elements
- Source and manage photography for print and general use, identifying relevant, dynamic imagery; perform photo cleanup and retouching in Photoshop as needed
- Ensure deliverables are accurate, consistent, brand-aligned, and strategically effective
- Collaborate with Art Directors and Senior Art Directors to refine creative work and maintain visual consistency across projects
- Guide and support junior designers through feedback, file preparation, workflow best practices, and design refinement
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of templates, asset libraries, design systems, and production standards
- Provide visual support for presentations, pitches, internal initiatives, and business development efforts
- Utilize approved AI-assisted tools to support design exploration, production efficiency, and workflow optimization while maintaining strong creative judgment
- Maintain organized file structures, asset management practices, and project documentation
- Stay informed on emerging design trends, print technologies, tools, and best practices
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Communications, Advertising, or related field preferred; relevant experience will be considered
- 4-6+ years of design experience with a strong focus on print, within agency, marketing, or integrated creative environments
- Strong portfolio demonstrating print design excellence (multi-page layouts, publications, marketing collateral) as well as execution across digital and other formats
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with modern design tools such as Figma
- Strong understanding of print production and prepress, including file preparation, bleed/trim, color profiles, and quality assurance processes
- Strong understanding of brand systems and production workflows across both print and digital channels
- Excellent organizational, communication, collaboration, and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy
