Role Overview

Join a team developing modern software solutions that enhance building automation systems through scalable, cloud-native technologies. This role focuses on designing and delivering high-quality backend applications and APIs while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to improve system performance, reliability, and scalability.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using C# and .NET Core/.NET 6+.
  • Build, deploy, and support cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure.
  • Develop microservices and integrate distributed system components.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following software engineering best practices.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and overall system efficiency.
  • Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and Agile ceremonies.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to continuous system improvements.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience designing and developing software solutions.
  • Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Web API.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services, including App Services, Functions, Storage, Service Bus, and Key Vault.
  • Experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, and software design patterns.
  • Experience working with SQL Server, Cosmos DB, or other NoSQL databases.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
  • Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes is an advantage.
  • Experience with event-driven architecture, security best practices, monitoring tools, Agile/Scrum methodologies, or IoT-connected systems is beneficial.
