Job Description Summary
You are required to be a highly motivated Sales Specialist for EHV product business in India. You shall play a pivotal role in ensuring that key deals are identified, reviewed, negotiated & successfully closed. You shall be implementing effective sales strategies. You shall be able to achieve order input and contribution margin targets and foster a positive environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Follow the sales process for Power Transmission business in India sub-region.
• Implementing sales strategies and executing plans to drive order input & profitable growth.
• To focus on meeting customers' priorities/quality goals in terms of time/schedule, price as well as competitive content and formats, both from a commercial and a technical application perspective.
• Support the go-to-market and deal selectivity decision.
• Ensuring a proper recording of bid status (win/loss).
• Ensure compliance to Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/ Mechanical/ Electronics/ Production)
• 0-3 years of experience. Freshers can also apply.

Desired Characteristics

• Ability to document, plan, market, and execute campaigns.
• Basic understanding of Sales Strategies and Customer Relationship Management.
• A team player and strong peer-to-peer networking capabilities.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
