We're looking for an experienced Java Technical Lead to join our engineering team and build highly scalable, low-latency backend systems in a high-availability environment.

What You'll Do
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services and distributed systems.
  • Build low-latency server applications capable of handling high concurrent traffic.
  • Develop and maintain real-time communication services using WebSockets, Kafka, or other messaging technologies.
  • Design fault-tolerant and resilient systems to maximize uptime and reliability.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy and operate cloud-native applications using Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms.
  • Implement logging, monitoring, and performance analytics to ensure system stability and operational excellence.
What We're Looking For
  • Strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot) for building high-performance backend applications.
  • Solid understanding of asynchronous programming, multithreading, and concurrency.
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
  • Strong experience designing and building microservices and REST/gRPC APIs.
  • Good understanding of distributed systems, caching (Redis, Memcached), and event-driven architecture.
  • Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ.
  • Knowledge of load balancing, auto-scaling, and high-availability architectures.
  • Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Professional English communication skills.
Nice to Have
  • Experience building large-scale, real-time, or high-throughput distributed systems.
  • Familiarity with real-time data processing technologies and streaming platforms.
  • Knowledge of security, compliance, and data protection best practices.
  • Experience working in FinTech, SaaS, telecommunications, or other mission-critical platforms is a plus.
