The opportunity
We are looking for a motivated and analytical Junior Market Intelligence Analyst to join our Strategic Marketing team. This role focuses on developing market insights, intelligence and forecasts to facilitate commercial and strategic decision-making
You will work at the intersection of market analysis, data modeling, and digital innovation in the backdrop of energy transition, contributing to forward-looking views of the market while leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency and insight generation. Exposure to the energy or power sector is a strong advantage.
How you'll make an impact
- Market Forecasting & Analysis
Support development and maintenance of market forecasting models
Analyze internal and external data sources to identify market trends, risks, and opportunities
Assist in scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis
- Intelligence & Insights
Prepare market intelligence for internal stakeholders
Monitor macroeconomic, market, and competitor developments
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Reporting & Visualization
Create and maintain regular dashboards and presentations
Support standardization and improvement of reporting templates
Ensure data quality and consistency across outputs
- AI & Workflow Optimization
Apply AI tools to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting workflows
Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks
Contribute to building smarter, more scalable intelligence processes
- Stakeholder Support
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across functions
Your background
- Education & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business, Data Analytics, Electrical Engineering or related field
1-3 years of relevant experience
- Technical Skills
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in: Excel/PowerPoint or similar
Familiarity with data analysis or modeling techniques
Exposure to AI tools
Strong business English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Soft Skills
Strategic problem-solving ability to design structured solutions
Strong attention to detail
Ability to communicate insights clearly and concisely
Curious mindset with interest in energy markets and trends
Proactive and eager to learn new tools and methods

The minimum salary for this position in the location specified is as follows:
- Milan, ITALY - starting from: 32200 € gross
The final offer will be based on candidate location, skills and qualifications, experience, and aligned with internal pay structures.
