Merchant Product & Projects Operations Manager

About the Role

As a Product & Projects Operations team member, you'll play a key role in shaping product strategy and driving operational excellence for our Delivery Merchant Operations organization. You'll partner closely with Product, LatAm Central Operations, and Commercial teams to deliver impactful product launches and lead strategic initiatives that improve Merchant Quality, Growth, and the Marketplace Experience.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, turning data into actionable insights, and collaborating across teams to deliver scalable solutions that create business impact.

What You'll Do

• Partner with Product teams and key stakeholders to influence product strategy through data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to improve merchant quality and experience by proposing new features, enhancements, and operational improvements.
• Measure the impact of product initiatives and support successful product launches across LatAm.
• Keep stakeholders informed by providing clear and timely updates throughout product rollouts and strategic initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional projects that improve operational processes, tools, and ways of working.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Customer Support, Policy, Legal, and Commercial teams to scope, test, launch, and scale new initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with local and global partners, communicating ideas, insights, and recommendations clearly to support informed decision-making.

Basic Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Product Operations, Business Consulting, Operations, Product Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Intermediate/Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and business intelligence tools to analyze data and generate business insights is a MUST for the role.
• Experience using AI tools in a professional setting to improve productivity, analysis, or execution.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations for a variety of audiences.
• Proven project and program management experience, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams around shared goals.

• Experience working in a high-growth technology company, startup, or other fast-scaling environment.
• Experience partnering directly with Product and Engineering teams to influence product roadmaps or operationalize new features.
• Experience collaborating with global or cross-regional teams.
