Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Software Developer/Help Desk at StrategyBytes, LLC, located in the De Pere, Wisconsin Metropolitan Area with some work from home flexibility. The role involves designing, coding, testing, and maintaining custom software solutions. On a daily basis, responsibilities include customizing new installations, troubleshooting software issues, and providing technical support to clients. Collaboration with team members to ensure high-quality software solutions is essential. One of our main software functions involves weighing and labeling product, so interfacing with peripheral equipment and labeling software is a large part of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Programming and Database Development (VB.NET, SQL Server)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience with custom software projects and client-facing technical support is a plus
