Job OverviewWe are looking for an Internal Recruiter to join our team and manage our full-cycle recruiting processes. You will help us build a strong employer brand and ensure we provide a positive candidate experience. Training on all GVW platforms will be provided.ResponsibilitiesNew business development – Follow up with client leads Collaborate with hiring managers to write job ads for current openingsAdvertise and update job openings on GVW’s career pages, job boards and social networks (e.g. LinkedIn)Implement employee referral programmes (source new candidates to apply on GVW for existing open positions/networks.)Source candidates through online channels (e.g. professional networks and portfolio sites)Screen resumes and applications and update candidates on hiring processesPreparing CV’s for submission to clients Interview candidates during various hiring stages, via virtual platforms.Report to hiring managers and HR managers on the status of open positionsEvaluate candidates based on their interview and other relevant/and required skills tests or pre-employment testingAnswer candidates’ queries regarding the application processProvide interview feedback, when necessary and appropriateFacilitation of the offer process Requirements- School Leaver Certificate - Experience in Recruiting or HR role - Computer Literate Excellent verbal and written communication - Work with minimal supervision (Self-Discipline & Commitment) - Ability to work from home (virtual home office)Laptop / PC with software compatibility – 2 or more screens recommended - WIFI / secure & stable network - Networking with business owners and HR Managers Package DetailsFlexible Commission structure depending on experience NB – Please whitelist this email address as we will respond within the next five days – [email protected]
