Our customers are organizations working to strengthen their cyber and risk management posture to meet IT compliance obligations.
What we're looking for:
- Results driven engineers who want to build technology with high-stakes, real world consequences.
- Genuine curiosity about cybersecurity, compliance automation, and enterprise software architecture.
- Proactive problem-solvers who do well in dynamic settings and can work through technical ambiguity with confidence.
- Strong communicators who value collaborative engineering and clear documentation.
- A commitment to secure, clean, highly maintainable code.
- A BS degree plus at least two (2) years building business-critical applications, with proficiency in one or more major programming languages (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, C#, Java).
- Solid skills across web development, user experience and application workflow, API design, database management (SQL/NoSQL), and AI-enabled development.
- Working knowledge of secure coding practices, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), or DevSecOps pipelines.
- Background in effort estimation, healthcare tech, fintech, or GRC software is a strong plus, though not required.
- A sharp eye for detail, user experience, system simplicity, reliability, and overall software quality.
What you'll do:
- Design and ship core internal and customer-facing GRC tools.
- Lead development of automated security, audit, and compliance systems.
- Architect and tune the APIs, databases, and platform services behind complex regulatory workflows.
- Own compliance-related features end to end, including testing, validation, and thorough documentation.
- Guide technical design discussions and uphold code quality through rigorous reviews.
- Improve platform reliability, data traceability, and advanced reporting.
What you'll master and drive:
- Architecting and scaling highly secure, regulated enterprise platforms.
- Deep programmatic alignment with major compliance frameworks, including SOC 2, CMMC, HIPAA, and HITRUST.
- Cross-functional partnership across development, DevSecOps, and governance teams.
- Engineering systems built around data accuracy, auditability, and trust.
