🚨 Hiring: IT Project Coordinator

📍 Location: Charlotte, NC

📅 Duration: 5 Months Contract (Possible Extension)

Pay: $40-$42/hr

We are looking for an IT Project Coordinator with experience supporting technology programs and project operations within a regulated financial services environment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Clarity, Workday, and VNDLY along with strong coordination, reporting, and organizational skills.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day coordination of technology projects and program activities

• Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and status updates

• Prepare executive-ready reports, dashboards, and program documentation

• Maintain project financials, forecasts, actuals, and reporting in Clarity

• Assist with budgeting, variance tracking, and portfolio reporting activities

• Coordinate onboarding, resource tracking, workforce planning, and allocation updates using Workday & VNDLY

• Work closely with product, engineering, finance, HR, and risk teams to support project delivery

🔹 Required Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in IT Project Coordination, PMO support, or Project Management

• Hands-on experience with Clarity for project financials or portfolio reporting

• Experience using Workday & VNDLY for workforce/resource coordination

• Experience supporting technology initiatives within financial services or regulated environments

• Strong communication, reporting, multitasking, and organizational skills
