Indexed description
Qualifications and requirements
You have 3 or more years of hands-on Amazon account management or retail operations experience on live accounts, not coursework. You have worked in Vendor Central, Seller Central, or both, and can speak to real operational work you owned. You are fluent in English, written and spoken, at C1 or above, because you work directly with US account leads and your inputs appear in client reporting. You are organized and process-driven, comfortable running many open items across multiple brands without dropping them. You are strong in spreadsheets and comfortable working from data. You can commit to full-time hours with the ET overlap above.
Projects
You will manage catalog and listing health, including new item setup, variations, content accuracy, and fixing suppressed or stranded listings. You will manage retail pricing, buy box, and promotions and deals across 1P and 3P. You will run Vendor Central operations, including purchase orders, chargebacks and disputes, and operational cases, following our Vendor Central and Seller Central runbooks. You will coordinate inventory and forecasting inputs so accounts do not go out of stock or overstock. You will open, track, and resolve Amazon cases to closure. You will prepare the account inputs, metrics, and status that feed our weekly and monthly client reporting, working alongside the comms and decks specialist who assembles the final client materials. You will flag risks early with a recommended action, not just an observation.
