Technical Lead & Scrum Master with 9+ years of experience leading the design and delivery of end-to-end digital solutions, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technical architecture, and delivery execution.

Acts as the technical reference for the squad, ensuring architectural consistency, code quality, and coherent implementation across frontend, backend, integrations, data flows, and cloud platforms. Leads the definition of solution architectures, integration patterns, and technical standards, guaranteeing scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability.

At the same time, facilitates Agile delivery by supporting sprint planning and execution, removing blockers, coordinating team activities, and fostering transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement across multidisciplinary teams.

Works closely with Product Owners, Functional Consultants, Project Managers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into solution blueprints, define technical roadmaps, estimate implementation efforts, and mitigate delivery risks. Promotes best practices in API design, microservices, event-driven architectures, data management, DevOps, security, and observability, ensuring solutions remain scalable and evolvable over time.

Certifications & Knowledge

• Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field
• Strong background in software architecture and integration patterns
• Experience with microservices, APIs, messaging, and cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Knowledge of security, performance, reliability, and observability practices
• Agile and Scrum delivery experience
