Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design end-to-end scalable technology solutions, align technical strategies with business objectives, and guide engineering teams in implementing robust system architectures. This position requires a strong combination of technical expertise, solution design capabilities, and stakeholder collaboration skills to drive successful project execution across enterprise and product-based environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Architecture Design: Define and design scalable, secure, and high-performing system architectures that meet business requirements.
• Technical Strategy Alignment: Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical strategies with business objectives and ensure successful project execution.
• Team Guidance: Lead and guide engineering teams in the implementation of architectural standards and best practices.
• Technology Evaluation: Evaluate and recommend technology stacks that are future-ready and aligned with industry trends.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive architecture documentation and standards.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of architectural decisions.

Required Skills & ExperienceCore Technical Skills

• Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2+ years in an Architecture role.
• Architecture Expertise: Strong experience in Solution Architecture, System Design, and Enterprise Architecture.
• System Understanding: Strong understanding of system architecture, solution design, and enterprise application integration.
• Cloud Platforms: Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure cloud architecture.
• Caching Technologies: Experience with caching technologies such as Redis.
• Queue Systems: Experience with queue systems such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, SQS, or Service Bus.
• Microservices Knowledge: Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, REST APIs, and distributed systems.
• Database Familiarity: Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases and modern backend/application frameworks.
• Optimization Principles: Understanding scalability, security, reliability, and performance optimization principles.

Functional Strengths

• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze business problems and design practical, scalable technical solutions.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Security Knowledge: Strong understanding of security architecture, authentication, authorization, and OWASP best practices.
• Agile Experience: Experience working in Agile and cross-functional development environments.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and architecture initiatives simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as TOGAF, AWS, Azure, or Solution Architecture.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
