Key Objectives

As a Data Entry Analyst at Invicta Software, you will be responsible for managing, verifying, and maintaining data accuracy across multiple platforms. Your work will directly impact reporting quality and operational efficiency, helping teams make informed decisions based on reliable data.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems.

  • Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy, identifying and correcting errors as needed.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate data requirements.

  • Generate and analyze reports to support business insights and operational improvements.

  • Maintain data confidentiality and security in accordance with company policies.

  • Assist with the development and improvement of data entry processes and tools.

  • Support ad-hoc data requests and projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.

  • Proven experience in data entry, data management, or a similar role.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; experience with database systems is preferred.

  • Basic analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
