Job Summary

This role provides administrative, analytical, and coordination support for competency-based HR systems and the development, review, and implementation of HR policies. It works closely with the various subject-matter experts (SMEs), and BU HR Heads to ensure timely updating, documentation, and communication of competency frameworks and HR policies across the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

A. Organization Development and Analytics -Competency-Based System

1. Competency Management

  • Assist in the maintenance and updating of core,leadership, and functional competency frameworks.
  • Coordinate competency development, revision andmapping activities with BU HR Heads.
    - Support the integration of competencies into talent processes (e.g.,performance management, L&D, succession planning, talent review)

2. Assessment and Data Management

  • Facilitate distribution, collection, andconsolidation of competency assessment results.
  • Maintain competency databases and ensureaccurate encoding of data.
  • Prepare dashboards, reports, and analytics forreview by the OD Manager/Head.

3. Process Documentation

  • Maintain SOPs, templates, and guidelines forcompetency-related activities.
  • Track progress of initiatives and provideadministrative support to OD projects.

B. HR Policy Development & Management

1. Policy Drafting & Documentation

  • Assist in drafting HR policies, guidelines, andprocedures based on inputs from SMEs and HR Policy Manager/Head.
  • Format and maintain updated versions of HRmanuals, handbooks, and policy libraries.

2. Stakeholder Coordination

  • Coordinate policy review discussions with SMEs,BU HR Heads, and Legal (as required).
  • Consolidate comments and revisions forapproval.

3. Policy Governance

  • Support version control, policy tracking, andorganization-wide communication of approved policies.
  • Ensure proper filing, documentation, andaccessibility of HR policies in shared platforms.

Technical Competencies and Skills

Competency-Based HR System, Performance Management and L&D Process, HR Policy Writing or Process Documentation, Profiency in MS Office, Strong data management and documentation skills, Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, Clear and concise written communication, Collaboration and stakeholder management, Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Education, Trainings and Licenses Required

Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or HR or Behavioral Science or Business Management or related field, Fresh graduates with relevant internship or project exposure may be considered
